Nino Binns

Professor Nino Binns is an independent consultant in Nutrition and Food Regulation. She has more than 25 years of experience with leading food marketing and ingredient companies.

Prior to becoming a consultant in 2005, Nino was Director of European Regulatory Affairs for McNeil Nutritionals. Previous roles were the Coca-Cola Company, Pfizer Inc, Tate & Lyle and Beecham Foods.

Nino has a PhD in nutrition from the University of London and is visiting Professor in nutrition at the Northern Ireland Centre for Food & Health, University of Ulster at Coleraine in Northern Ireland.
