Sophia Johansson, Senior Regulatory Advisor, Leatherhead Food Research

Sophia Johansson is currently working as Principal Regulatory Advisor at Leatherhead Food Research where she covers European food legislation. Sophia’s main focus is the nutrition  and health claims regulations, having done many presentations, scientific assessments and product evaluations in this area. She holds a Masters degree in Chemical engineering and Nutrition from University of Lund, Sweden.
